This website does not use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels. We don't collect any personal data from visitors browsing this site.
If you email us (for example, at hello@10fttall.com) or start a conversation with us, we hold that correspondence — your name, email address, and whatever you tell us — for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we start working together, for the duration of that relationship.
10ft Tall is a marketing agency. For clients who engage us to manage their Google Ads and/or Meta Ads accounts, we access advertising data — campaign structure, spend, and performance — through those platforms' official APIs, using access explicitly granted to us by the client through their own ad account or Business Manager. This data is used solely to build, manage, and report on that client's advertising, and is not shared with any other party or used for any other purpose.
We don't route client or visitor data through third-party processors or service providers as part of delivering our service. Where we use standard business tools (email, cloud storage) to run our own operations, those providers may incidentally process limited data as part of normal business use.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us — see below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and in any case within the timeframes required by law.
