10 Feet Tall Limited, trading as 10ft Tall, does not operate a consumer app or user accounts — we don't hold a database of end-user profiles. The data we hold falls into two categories, and deletion works differently for each.
If you've emailed us or otherwise contacted us directly, we hold that correspondence. To have it deleted, email hello@10fttall.com with the subject line "Data deletion request." We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
For clients who've granted us API access to their Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts, that access — and any data associated with it — is controlled entirely by the client through their own platform settings:
Removing access immediately stops any further data retrieval. To request that previously retrieved reporting data also be deleted from our own records, email hello@10fttall.com.
